About us
We opened Bistro Dvor in 2019 in the courtyard of a house on Dolná street, in what used to be a workshop. There are two of us cooking: we both spent years in hotel kitchens and wanted to cook the food we eat at home.
What a good lunch means to us
- We cook every morning. Nothing is reheated from the day before.
- Ingredients from people we know: vegetables from Badín, meat from a butcher in Podlavice, bread from the bakery two streets away.
- One meat-free main every day, not as an afterthought but as a dish worth coming for.
